Well… what do ya know?!?
Things are happening with the property… finally!
Yesterday Coyote’s brother, Sy Young came over and dug me out a beach and some water. Yehawww! Thanks Sy. 
Now we can get back to doing the fun stuff – like skinny dipping! Man, I’ve been missing doing that (even if it is only pixels 
) We made sure that there was a spot dug deep enough to accommodate a diving board as this is sadly a thing that is missing at Sammy Springs. Honestly, I don’t know how Zen still has an intact head from diving and whacking it on the bottom so much.
The other thing added . . . drum roll please . . . a house! Yup, finally did that too. Initially, I was going to go with a Victorian style house, but with lots of thought and consideration and considering the atmosphere I want to create on the property, I decided on a Tiki style house. The main floor consists of very warm browns with some really cool bamboo blinds that are controllable, and the upstairs – wowsers – it’s all open. What a view! I’ve located it on the far corner of the lot with water on both sides so that once the furniture and stuff gets put up there, the view will be something to just die for.
The work, however, has just begun. There is lots to be added… greenery – plants, shrubs, flowers, trees … the garden I talked about. My goodness, where does one start anyways? There is still a lot of “sandy” looking ground, so I have to figure out how to turn that green; sure would be nice if it didn’t mean dropping down ground covering, but if I have to, I have to. I also have to go on the hunt for beach towels, tiki torches, furniture (for both outside and inside) and of course… you guessed it… a hot tub. What house or beach even is complete without a hottub? Other stuff to add? Well, there will be poseballs scattered throughout the property too. Just lots of nice stuff.
The end goal will be a relaxing, warm environment, where all my friends can come and just kick back and enjoy the day.
